Meet Matthias

I have been working at Texture Painting for a few months as a project manager. My first contact dates back several years, when I was still active as a site manager in residential construction. Texture Painting then realized a bathroom in micro-topping and I was immediately sold on the technique and the fine finish. A few years later we met again on a total realization and that's where the spark completely flew. It didn't take much convincing to make the move to this new challenge.

As a project manager, I am responsible for the follow-up and management of our realizations. I start the project with our installers and ensure they have the necessary materials in time. I maintain close contact with clients and architects so they are aware of our work and am available to answer any questions. I also report all this back to our managers who support me with their knowledge and experience, and review the scheduling of ongoing and upcoming projects with them. 

My technical experience from the past also helps in the preparation of the work, as a solid foundation is always important for a beautiful end result. 

At Texture Painting, you work in a family atmosphere with short lines of communication, which creates a very pleasant working environment. We are a growing company that always tries to raise the bar, and you can see this in the projects we are able to realize. It gives great satisfaction to be able to contribute to these wonderful realizations at home and abroad and I am looking forward to my future within Texture Painting with a lot of good spirit.
