- You don't need to be an engineer, but experience in the construction sector is essential. You understand how worksites operate and can communicate effectively with both craftsmen and clients.
- You have a hands-on mentality and work goal-oriented toward solutions.
- Client focus is in your DNA: you understand the value of beautiful, fine finishes and can convey this perfectly.
- You're an early bird who thrives on structure and oversight.
- You're digitally savvy: WhatsApp and basic computer applications are a breeze for you.

Your role
As a Project Leader at Texture Painting, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and coordinating projects, from quotation to completion.
- Creating clear schedules and effectively communicating with clients and team members.
- Motivating and guiding craftsmen on-site.
- Inspecting and measuring worksites and comparing them to the prepared quotations.
- Overseeing unique projects, each with its own dynamics.
- Contributing ideas and actively assisting in the growth of our company.
With 20 projects under your management at the same time, you’re a multitasker who effortlessly switches between various needs and questions. But your role doesn’t stop at daily operations: you think strategically about how to make Texture Painting even better and actively help elevate our company to the next level.
