Your role

As a Project Leader at Texture Painting, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and coordinating projects, from quotation to completion.
• Creating clear schedules and effectively communicating with clients and team members.
• Motivating and guiding craftsmen on-site.
• Inspecting and measuring worksites and comparing them to the prepared quotations.
• Overseeing unique projects, each with its own dynamics.
• Contributing ideas and actively assisting in the growth of our company.

With 20 projects under your management at the same time, you’re a multitasker who effortlessly switches between various needs and questions. But your role doesn’t stop at daily operations: you think strategically about how to make Texture Painting even better and actively help elevate our company to the next level.

Quotations - Administration – Follow-up
Due to the continued growth and expansion of our company, we are looking for a colleague with a lot of enthusiasm and a positive attitude who will help shape the future of Texture Painting.

Your role

Your role is varied and requires a commercial flair: you welcome customers to our showroom, guide them in making the right choices for their interior and color scheme, and serve as the point of contact for the entire follow-up of the project. Communication and customer interaction are always central, and you strive for nothing less than optimal service.

You’ll calculate the project costs and prepare the quote, and you’ll also handle the administrative follow-up, planning, and launch of a project. You’re organized, punctual, detail-oriented, have a head for numbers, and find satisfaction when everything “clicks.”
