For connecting cabinet doors, no margin should be provided. Indeed, only the fronts are finished with microtopping or painting technique, the sides and back of the fronts are painted in a matching color.
Therefore, the finish layer is similar in thickness to a painting finish.
For layout furniture, we recommend the use of water-resistant green MDF, since our finishing coats are applied wet.
